The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has officially announced the Class 12 result for the academic year 2024-25 on May 17, 2025, at 12 PM. Thousands of students across Himachal Pradesh eagerly awaited the release of their results, and now they can check their performance on the official HPBOSE website.
The overall pass percentage this year stands at a commendable 83.16%, reflecting a steady improvement compared to previous years. A total of 86,373 candidates appeared for the Class 12 examination, out of which 71,591 students have successfully cleared the exams. The process is simple: click on the “12th Regular 2nd Term Result 2025” link, enter the roll number, and submit the details to view the marksheet. For those who prefer other methods, results can also be accessed via SMS by sending a text message with the format HP12 <space> RollNumber
to 5676750. Additionally, the DigiLocker app or website offers a secure platform to download digital copies of the mark sheets.
The board also provides options for students who wish to apply for re-evaluation or re-inspection of their answer sheets. The application deadline is June 1, 2025, with a fee structure of ₹1,000 per subject for re-evaluation and ₹800 per subject for re-inspection. Students must have secured at least 20% marks in the subject to be eligible for these services. Applications need to be submitted online through the respective schools.
